I know it’s a process which takes time to change your body shape and I’ve learnt so much in that respect. The confidence which came with how much body changed was something I never thought I would feel. The way I felt when Tom proposed to me was incredible; I never ever thought I would feel like that about my body. I thought I knew it all with calorie counting, how to not go over a certain number and to try and exercise regularly.
